People often say "Start as you mean to go on" but if you make a false start, are you allowed to go back and do it again? Ah, the joy of cotton buds.
Now where was I? Oh, yes. Philosophising about staid social statements of little meaning and cotton buds and all that. Well anyway, the time had once again come around for Trans-MISSION, the monthly staple diet of London and the UK's trans-folk. And me? I wore the outfit you can see on the left here. Hold your mouse over the picture to see a different version.
A couple more of me (because you didn't come here and expect to see pictures of Billie Piper now did you?) before we move on to the usual selection of photos of me with other people...
Trans-MISSION is always makes for a busy day for me. These pictures were taken before I left home at about 5.30pm and when you consider that I didn't get back home afterwards until 4am the next morning you can appreciate why I tend not to wear my very highest heels on a TX night.
You can't really see it in these pictures, but my belt has the word 'ANGEL' emblazened on it in studs. Angel? I hear you ask. I can be if I try! Sometimes.
Below left is one more at home with one of my guests for the weekend, Becky Envérité looking fetching in pink (thinks - didn't I wear something very similar to that last time I saw Becky...?)
One of my legs appears to have shrunk. No, hang on, I'm resting it on the edge of the stairs.
Not often I get a couple of minutes to take a photo of myself at Trans-MISSION but as you can see here is a photo of me at Trans-MISSION that I took in a coupe of minutes that I managed to find that I used to take a photo of me at Trans-MISSION, if you follow me.
And finally, a picture of me with one of the many unsung heroes (or is that heroines?) of Trans-MISSION, Sarah Clarke. If you've been to the club you might recognise Sarah - she's the girl who usually takes your UK£7 at the door - and a mighty fine job she makes of it too.
I've said it before but it can't be said often enough really - a big THANK YOU to the Trans-MISSION crew, Sarah (C), Sarah (W), Mandy and Jayde and a special thank you to all of those guests who turn up and really make the parties go with a swing.
