![]() Can you believe it? Trans-MISSION (or TX as we like to call it) has been up and running for 2 whole years. Seems like only yesterday we kicked it all off at the Extra Time Bar. How time flies! You won't remember that last year I didn't make it to Trans-MISSION's first birthday party as I was ill. You won't remember because there aren't any pictures to not remind you. Anyway this year all went well and both Jasmine and I arrived safely in Manchester where the party was to be held. We finally arrived at Prague V on Canal Street around 8pm and had about an hour to relax before wiring up the ole CD decks and getting my DJ head on for three hours. I have to say that being the club's birthday party both me and Jasmine played the kind of music we wanted to (as opposed to the kind that people expect to hear) and I had about the most fun I've had in a long time (with my clothes on)… |

| The crowd were great fun comprising not just (200 or so) trannies but also copious amounts of 'regular' people together with a liberal sprinkling of gays as well. It made for a much more exciting atmosphere than the usual Trans-MISSION parties and from what I could see, almost everyone enjoyed themselves and got into the party spirit. | ||

| My thanks to everyone who turned up and celebrated our birthday with us and to the staff and management at Prague V who were gems. Jasmine and I enjoyed Manchester so much we might be back before you know it bringing our own collection of uplifting deep funky house to Prague V again… Stay tuned…! | ||
