STEP 2: If you want to change the colours of the borders of the bubbles or the background, change the colours at the start of the script you just copied to the settings you require.
THAT'S IT When your page loads your cursor will be swimming along underwater producing bubbles as it does so: glub, glub, glub! Also, if you hold the mouse button down, more bubbles appear.
